These cupcakes are made with the same recipe as our Vegan Chocolate Cake.

Best baked in paper cupcake liners. Be sure to wait until they're completely cool before icing them.
For a children's party, we like to make these with vanilla butter cream frosting, and cover them with sprinkles. For a Valentine's Day treat, you may prefer chocolate frosting - with or without sprinkles. Naturally, these cupcakes are also delicious plain.
Warning: When you make these chocolate cupcakes, be prepared for people to moan, “Oh my god these are so good!” over and over as they eat them. If anyone complains that they're not healthy, offer them an apple!
